- 130 gbaked beetroot
- 250 mlwater
- 6 gdry yeast
- 250 grolled oats
- 60 gwalnuts
- salt
a little
- 2 tbspflaxseed
- oregano
- 20 mlolive oil
- 100 goat flour
- butter
- flaxseed
for topping
Zubereitung
Blend baked beetroot with water and dry yeast
Mix with rolled oats, walnuts, salt, flaxseed and oregano
Add olive oil and oat flour, knead into a dough
Grease a baking pan with butter
Shape the dough in the pan and sprinkle with flaxseed
Bake at 180 C for 40-

Such a healthy and colourful recipe. My whole family loved it.
Made two loaves because my garden beet was enormous. Added an egg to one and followed the recipe exactly on the other. Both came out delicious in different ways.
So many good recipes here I do not know which to make first.
