100-Jahre-Brot — Gesundes Samen-Hafer-Brot ohne Mehl, Hefe oder Backpulver

- 100 gsunflower seeds
- 50 gpumpkin seeds
- 50 gsesame seeds

- 30 gwalnuts
- 30 ghazelnuts
- 60 gflaxseed
- 20 gchia seeds
- 20 gpsyllium husk
- 200 grolled oats
- 1 tspsalt
- 380 gcanned white beans
drained, 1 can
- 170 mlwater
- 30 mlvegetable oil
Zubereitung
Combine sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, hazelnuts, flaxseed, chia seeds, psyllium husk and rolled oats in a bowl; add salt and mix well.
Add sesame seeds at the end; walnuts may be lightly chopped.
Blend drained white beans with 170 ml water and 30 ml vegetable oil until smooth.
Combine the bean liquid with the seed and oat mixture; stir thoroughly.
Grease wide-mouth glass jars with oil and distribute the dough between them.
Brush the tops with oil and cover loosely with lids.
Let rest for .
Bake at 200 degrees C for 60 to .
Unmold carefully — use a wide-mouthed jar for easy removal.
