Zubereitung

  1. Blend zucchini, carrots, water and garlic into a puree

  2. Mix oats, salt, sweet paprika and curry

  3. Add dry yeast and let rise in a warm place for

  4. Pan-toast sunflower and sesame seeds

  5. Fold seeds, flaxseed and olive oil into the dough

  6. Add extra oats to thicken

  7. Grease a loaf pan and transfer the dough, sprinkle with flaxseed

  8. Cover and rest

  9. Bake at 180 C for 50-
