- salt
a little
- dried basil
- black pepper
- 45 gParmesan
- 2 tbspalmond flour
- 2 tbspsour cream
- sesame seeds
for topping
Zubereitung
Beat egg with salt, dried basil and black pepper
Add grated Parmesan, almond flour and sour cream
Mix until smooth
Grease baking pan with oil
Spread the dough and sprinkle with sesame seeds
Bake for 15- at 180 C

My doctor cut my carbs to almost zero after my last checkup. I was devastated. Found this recipe and made it that same afternoon. Now it's in my rotation three times a week. Blood sugar numbers have improved since I switched to recipes like this.
Nice crunch. I ate the whole batch in one sitting which probably defeats the purpose but they are that good.
Really good with hummus on top. Kids liked it too.
