- 200 ggreen lentils
soaked overnight
- 480 mlwater
in two additions
- oregano
- dried tomato
- salt
to taste
- 2 tbspolive oil
- 1avocado
- 1 tbspcream cheese
- 1cherry tomato
- 4bacon strips

- 1egg

Instructions
Soak 200g green lentils overnight, rinse and drain.
Blend with 240ml water, oregano, dried tomato and salt until smooth.
Stir in 2 tablespoons olive oil and add another 240ml water to reach pancake-batter consistency.
Fry pancakes in olive oil on both sides until golden, making about 10 pancakes.
Fill with avocado mash, cream cheese and cherry tomato for the first wrap; bacon and red onion for the second; avocado, bacon and half an egg for the third.
