Tuna Broccoli Patties with Flaxseed (No Flour)
Tender tuna and broccoli patties with leek, egg and a flaxseed crust. Fried in olive oil and served with a creamy Greek yogurt dill sauce.

Ingredients

- 400 gbroccoli
boiled
- 150 gcanned tuna
in its own juice
- 1leek
chopped
- 1egg
- Himalayan salt
to taste
- black pepper
to taste
- 2 tbspflaxseed
ground
- olive oil
for frying
- 200 gGreek yogurt
- 1 tbsplemon juice
- 3 tbspdill
chopped
Instructions
Puree boiled broccoli with an immersion blender and transfer to a bowl.
Saute chopped leek in olive oil until soft, then add to the broccoli with tuna, egg, salt and pepper.
Shape patties and coat each side with ground flaxseed; fry in olive oil until golden brown on both sides.
For the sauce, mix Greek yogurt with lemon juice and chopped dill, then serve alongside the warm patties.
