  • 300 gpumpkin

    grated

  • 150 gapple

    grated

  • 2eggs
  • 200 mlyogurt
  • 60 gcoconut sugar
  • pinchsalt
  • 200 goats
  • 1½ tspbaking powder
  • vegetable oil

    for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine 300g grated pumpkin and 150g grated apple with 2 eggs and 200ml yogurt.

  2. Stir in 60g coconut sugar and a pinch of salt.

  3. Fold in 200g oats and 1.5 teaspoons baking powder until smooth.

  4. Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan and fry portions until golden on both sides.

  5. Serve warm with sour cream.
