Savoury keto pancakes whipped from cream cheese, eggs, almond flour and shredded cheddar. Fried golden on a buttered pan and served with bacon and avocado.

  • 3eggs
  • 115 gcream cheese
  • 120 mlmilk
  • 85 galmond flour
  • pinchsalt
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • dried garlic
  • 56 gcheddar cheese

    grated

  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • butter

    for frying

  • 3bacon slices
  • 1avocado
  • 1 tbspsour cream

Instructions

  1. Whisk 3 eggs with 115g cream cheese and 120ml milk until smooth.

  2. Add 85g almond flour, salt, 1 teaspoon baking powder and dried garlic; stir in 56g grated cheddar and 2 tablespoons olive oil.

  3. Heat a buttered pan and fry the pancakes 2- per side until golden and cooked through.

  4. Serve with crisp bacon, sliced avocado, a dollop of sour cream and green onions.
