Ingredients

  • 500 gcabbage

    1/2 head, grated

  • water

    for boiling

  • 1onion
  • vegetable oil

    for frying

  • salt
  • 2 tbspbreadcrumbs
  • 4 tbspwheat flour
  • 1egg
  • oregano

    to taste

Instructions

  1. Grate 500g cabbage and simmer in water for 7-, then drain and cool.

  2. Fry 1 diced onion in vegetable oil until golden and season with salt.

  3. Mix the cooled cabbage and onion with 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs, 4 tablespoons flour, 1 egg and a pinch of oregano.

  4. Shape the mixture into patties.

  5. Pan-fry in vegetable oil on both sides until browned and cooked through.
