Ingredients

- 100 gred lentils
- 1 cupwater
- 100 gcottage cheese
- 1egg
- salt
- mixed herbs
a generous handful
- 50 gcheese
grated
- olive oil
for greasing
- sour cream
for serving
Instructions
Simmer 100g red lentils in 1 cup water for , until the liquid has evaporated.
Blend the lentils with 100g cottage cheese, 1 egg, salt and a generous handful of chopped herbs until smooth.
Stir in 50g grated cheese.
Grease silicone molds with olive oil and fill with the mixture.
Bake at 180°C for 20- until set and lightly golden.
Serve warm with a dollop of sour cream.
