  • 1 tbspvegetable oil
  • peanut butter

    for serving

  • maple syrup

    for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Mash 1 banana with a fork.

  2. Stir in 5 tablespoons oats and 1 tablespoon oil until combined.

  3. Pour into a skillet and cook over low heat for a few minutes per side.

  4. Cut into 4 wedges, spread with peanut butter and drizzle with maple syrup.
