The measurements confused me. Recipe says half a cup of parmesan but weighs 50g which is much more. Needs editing.

All everyday ingredients. Made it for my husband today.

Just made it today and it came out yummy. Healthy alternative bread, good job.

Lovely bread. I can't always get psyllium so I tried oat bran instead and it still works well enough. Good recipe overall.

Good dense loaf. Blood sugar stayed steady.

I have been looking for healthy alternatives to ultra-processed bread for so long. My husband has pre-diabetes and I want to cook things that are genuinely good for him. This recipe is everything I was searching for. Simple ingredients, no strange powders, wholesome and it actually tastes like bread. The whole loaf was gone in two days. Thank you from a Kiwi in the Southern Hemisphere.
