Pan keto horneado en tarros de cristal con anacardos, semillas de girasol, linaza y psyllium. Sin harina, sin levadura, sin azúcar, con una corteza rica, ideal para bruschetta de remolacha.

Ingredientes
- 80 gcashews
- 70 gsunflower seeds
- 2 tbspflaxseed
- 2 tbsppsyllium husk
- oregano
- salt
a little
- dried tomatoes
- coriander
- 10 gbaking powder
- 250 mlkefir or liquid yogurt
- 3 pieceegg
- vegetable oil
- sesame seeds
for topping
Instrucciones
Grind cashews and sunflower seeds
Mix with flaxseed, psyllium, oregano, salt, dried tomatoes, coriander and baking powder
Add kefir, eggs and vegetable oil, stir into a dough
Divide the dough between oiled 350 ml glass jars
Sprinkle with sesame seeds
Bake at 180 C for

Good rise and texture. Better than store bought.
Not bad. Dense but satisfying. My daughter keeps stealing slices so I take that as a good sign.
