Pan keto para desayuno con aguacate, harina de almendras, chía y linaza molida. Cardiosaludable, rico en grasas monoinsaturadas y fibra.

Ingredientes
- 70 gavocado
pulp
- 2 pieceeggs
- 1 tbspvegetable oil
- 2 tbspGreek yogurt
- 2 tbspalmond flour
- 1 tbspchia seeds
- ½ tspsalt
- ½ tspbaking powder
- 2 tbspflaxseed
ground
- dried garlic
- sesame seeds
for topping
Instrucciones
Blend avocado with eggs using immersion blender
Add vegetable oil and Greek yogurt
Mix in almond flour, chia seeds, salt, baking powder and ground flaxseed
Add dried garlic
Mix all ingredients and let rest
Grease 2 pans with oil
Transfer dough and sprinkle with sesame seeds
Bake for 30- at 175 C (350 F)
