Pan de lentejas con cúrcuma de la abuela
Un pan rápido de lentejas con cúrcuma, semillas de lino y psyllium, inspirado en una receta centenaria de la abuela. Sin azúcar y sin harina.

Ingredientes
- 220 glentils
- 2 tbspflaxseed
- 1 tspground coriander
- 1 tspbaking powder
- 1 tspturmeric
- salt
- 2 tbsppsyllium husk
- 350 mlwater
- 30 mlolive oil
- 1 tbsplemon juice
Instrucciones
Blend lentils with water
Add flaxseed, ground coriander, baking powder, turmeric and salt
Stir in psyllium, olive oil and lemon juice
Let the dough rest to thicken
Transfer to an oiled loaf pan
Bake until done

I have had diabetes for eight years and high blood pressure for longer. My son made this for me on my birthday. The turmeric gives it such a beautiful color and the taste is magnificent. I eat it every morning now.
