Pan de almendras y semillas con proteínas (más proteínas que un filete)
Pan sin harina alto en proteínas hecho con almendras molidas, linaza, semillas de calabaza, girasol y sésamo. Con base de yogur, sin azúcar, rico en fibra.

Ingredientes
- 100 galmonds
ground
- salt
to taste
- 2 tspbaking powder
- 1 tbsppsyllium husk
- 50 gflaxseed
half ground
- 50 gpumpkin seeds
- 50 gsunflower seeds
toasted
- 50 gsesame seeds
- 3 pieceeggs
- 150 gyogurt
- 30 mlolive oil
Instrucciones
Grind almonds finely
Mix ground almonds with salt, baking powder and psyllium
Grind half of the flaxseed in a coffee grinder
Add all flaxseed, pumpkin, sunflower (toasted) and sesame seeds
Stir in eggs, yogurt and olive oil
Mix well and let rest 10- so psyllium swells
Grease a loaf pan and transfer the dough
Shape the bread and sprinkle with pumpkin and sunflower seeds
Bake for 45- at 180 C (350 F)

Made yesterday, eating today. Feta version is lovely.
First time I ever made bread. So hearty and healthy. Already made a second loaf and used goat cheese for the spread.

My husband cannot stop eating it with butter. One of the best bread recipes I have found.
