Instrucciones

  1. Pre-toast all nuts (cashews, hazelnuts, walnuts, peanuts, almonds) at 200 degrees C for .

  2. Blend 600 g dates with 2 tablespoons of water into a smooth paste.

  3. Recipe 1: blend cashews with raisins, combine with 100 g date paste and shape into 10-11 candies.

  4. Recipe 2: blend dried apricots with toasted hazelnuts and 100 g date paste; shape into candies.

  5. Recipe 3: blend walnuts with dried cranberries and 100 g date paste; shape into candies.

  6. Recipe 4: boil orange zest with 1-2 tablespoons of syrup, then blend with toasted peanuts and 100 g date paste; shape into candies.

  7. Recipe 5: blend toasted almonds with coconut flakes and 100 g date paste; shape into candies.

  8. Refrigerate until firm and serve.
