Sunflower Seed Turmeric Keto Bread

Ingredients

- 140 gsunflower seeds
roasted, unsalted
- 2 tbsppsyllium husk
- salt
to taste
- 1½ tspbaking powder
- ½ tspdried garlic
- ½ tspfreeze-dried tomatoes
- 1 tspturmeric
- 3eggs
- 1 tbspolive oil
- 2 tbspGreek yogurt
- sunflower seeds
for topping
Instructions
Grind 140g sunflower seeds to flour in a blender.
Mix with 2 tablespoons psyllium, salt, 1.5 teaspoons baking powder, dried garlic, freeze-dried tomatoes and 1 teaspoon turmeric.
Whisk 3 eggs with 1 tablespoon olive oil and 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt and stir into the dry mixture; rest .
Divide into 2 loaves on an oiled tray, sprinkle with extra sunflower seeds and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25-.
