Ingredients

  • 2eggs
  • 100 gcottage cheese
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 3 tbspgreen onion

    chopped

  • 100 gsunflower seeds

    toasted and ground

  • 2 tbspegg white powder
  • Himalayan salt

    to taste

  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspfennel seeds

    crushed

  • pumpkin seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Blend eggs with cottage cheese until smooth, then stir in olive oil and chopped green onion.

  2. Add ground sunflower seeds, egg white powder, salt, baking powder and crushed fennel; mix until cohesive.

  3. Line a loaf pan with damp parchment, grease it, transfer the dough and scatter pumpkin seeds across the top.

  4. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 30- until golden and set, then cool before slicing.
