Ingredients

  • 200 gred lentils

    soaked 2 hours

  • 80 mlwater
  • 30 mlolive oil
  • lemon juice

    a little

  • ½ tspsalt
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 5 gbaking powder
  • 2 tbsprice flour
  • 2 tbsppsyllium husk
  • dried garlic
  • 1 tspdried dill
  • cumin seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Soak red lentils in water , then drain

  2. Blend lentils with 80 ml water, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, turmeric and baking powder

  3. Add rice flour and psyllium, mix well

  4. Let rest

  5. Fold in dried garlic and dried dill

  6. Transfer to an oiled loaf pan, score the top

  7. Sprinkle with cumin seeds

  8. Bake at 200 C for 50-
