Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 60 gpumpkin seeds
  • 140 gsunflower seeds

    half ground

  • 60 gflaxseed

    half ground

  • salt

    to taste

  • 1 tspsun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 tsporegano
  • 20 gpsyllium husk
  • 10 gbaking powder
  • 3 pieceeggs
  • 120 mlwater
  • 30 mlolive oil

Instructions

  1. Grind half the sunflower seeds in a blender

  2. Grind half the flaxseed in a coffee grinder

  3. Mix all seeds with salt, sun-dried tomatoes and oregano

  4. Add psyllium and baking powder

  5. Stir in eggs, water and olive oil

  6. Mix well and let rest

  7. Grease a loaf pan and shape the dough

  8. Sprinkle with pumpkin and sunflower seeds

  9. Bake for 40- at 180 C (350 F)
