My son is a nurse and he told me I needed to reduce carbohydrates after my last blood panel. I have been sending him a loaf of this bread each week and he approves completely. He says the fibre content is exactly what patients like me need.

Perfect for my husband's cholesterol diet.

I gave up flour eighteen months ago when my doctor told me my blood sugar was too high. I have missed sandwiches every single day until I found this recipe. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
