Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 220 glentils
  • 2 tbspflaxseed
  • 1 tspground coriander
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • salt
  • 2 tbsppsyllium husk
  • 350 mlwater
  • 30 mlolive oil
  • 1 tbsplemon juice

Instructions

  1. Blend lentils with water

  2. Add flaxseed, ground coriander, baking powder, turmeric and salt

  3. Stir in psyllium, olive oil and lemon juice

  4. Let the dough rest to thicken

  5. Transfer to an oiled loaf pan

  6. Bake until done
