Grandma's 5-Minute Red Lentil Bread
Quick red lentil bread with psyllium, olive oil, lemon juice and pumpkin seeds. Flour-free, sugar-free, supports digestion and weight management.

Ingredients
- 200 gred lentils
soaked
- 120 mlwater
- 30 mlolive oil
- 1 tbsplemon juice
- 50 gpsyllium husk
- 1 tspbaking powder
- dried garlic
- dried tomatoes
- salt
- coriander
- 30 gpumpkin seeds
toasted and chopped
Instructions
Soak lentils for a few hours, rinse and drain
Blend lentils with water, olive oil and lemon juice
Add psyllium, baking powder, dried garlic, dried tomatoes, salt and coriander
Toast pumpkin seeds in a pan, chop with knife and add
Mix all ingredients well
Shape into loaves and brush with water
Sprinkle with remaining coriander
Bake at 200 C (392 F) for 25-
