Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 250 gflaxseed
  • 40 gpsyllium husk
  • salt

    a little

  • coriander
  • 10 gbaking powder
  • 100 gcashews
  • 350 mlwater
  • vegetable oil

    a little

Instructions

  1. Mix flaxseed, psyllium, salt, coriander and baking powder

  2. Grind cashews and add to the dry mixture

  3. Pour in water and stir into a dough

  4. Let rest until thickened

  5. Transfer to an oiled baking pan

  6. Sprinkle with ground coriander

  7. Bake until firm
