- 1 tbspapple cider vinegar

- 50 gegg-white albumin powder
- ½ tspxanthan gum
- 80 galmond flour

Instructions
Whisk eggs with sour cream, olive oil, coconut oil, apple cider vinegar and salt. Stir in albumin, xanthan gum, almond flour and baking powder into a smooth dough.
Line a loaf pan with parchment, brush with vegetable oil and spread the dough evenly. Scatter sesame seeds over the surface.
