Worked on my first try. My tummy felt good after two slices which is rare for me.

Made this yesterday and it is wonderful. The texture is amazing, could cut really thin slices today. Made an open tomato sandwich and it was great. My husband complained about seeds on the floor but he ate four slices so I think that is not a real complaint.
Hamilton New Zealand. Cut out gluten years ago for an autoimmune condition. Made another seed bread for years and glad to find this version. Much easier.
Have a loaf in the oven now. Smells great but the texture after cooling was completely wrong, like rubber. Not sure what happened.
