- 30 gchia seeds
ground

- 1 tspbaking powder
- coriander
- 120 gsunflower seeds
toasted
- 30 gsesame seeds
ground
- 3eggs
- 225 gapples
grated, 2 apples
- sesame seeds
for topping
Instructions
Grind 75g flax and 30g chia, then mix with salt, 1 teaspoon baking powder and coriander.
Toast 120g sunflower seeds, grind 30g sesame in a blender and add both to the bowl.
Whisk 3 eggs until foamy and mix with 225g grated apples, then combine with the seed mixture.
Shape into a loaf on a greased tray, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with sesame.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 45- until the crust is deep golden and the centre set.
