White Bean Flaxseed Bread
A flour-free, no-knead bread made from canned beans, eggs, ground flaxseed and psyllium. Simple high-protein loaf finished with dried garlic.

Ingredients
- 240 gcanned beans
- 2 pieceegg
- 30 gflaxseed
ground
- salt
a little
- coriander
- dried garlic
- 20 gpsyllium husk
- 10 gbaking powder
Instructions
Blend canned beans with eggs
Add ground flaxseed, salt, coriander and dried garlic
Stir in psyllium and baking powder
Let the dough rest for
Shape into 2 loaves on an oiled baking sheet
Sprinkle with dried garlic
Bake at 180 C for 35-

Solid flavor but denser than regular bread. Adding seeds on top improves the crust noticeably.
Didn't taste like beans at all. Nobody at the table could guess the main ingredient.
Good recipe but blending the beans takes effort. A food processor works better than a hand blender.
My son brought this to work. Huge success.
