Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 250 goats

    rolled

  • pinchsalt

    to taste

  • 10 gbaking powder
  • tspground coriander
  • 235 gGreek yogurt
  • 2eggs

Instructions

  1. Combine 250g oats, salt to taste, 10g baking powder and ground coriander in a mixing bowl.

  2. Whisk 2 eggs with 235g Greek yogurt and pour over the dry mixture. Stir until you have a thick, spoonable dough.

  3. Transfer to a greased loaf tin and level the top.

  4. Bake at 180°C for about , until firm and golden. Cool before slicing.
