Ingredients

- 150 gflaxseed
ground in a coffee grinder
- 20 gpsyllium
- salt
to taste
- coriander
ground
- 30 gpumpkin seeds
- 30 gsunflower seeds
- 30 gsesame seeds
- 1 tspbaking powder
- raisins
a few, optional
- 175 mlboiling water
- olive oil
for shaping
Instructions
Combine 150g ground flaxseed with 20g psyllium, salt, coriander, 30g pumpkin seeds, 30g sunflower seeds and 30g sesame seeds.
Add 1 teaspoon baking powder and a few raisins if desired.
Pour in 150-200ml boiling water and mix until the dough holds.
Shape with oiled hands, transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle with coriander.
Bake at 180°C for 25-; cool before slicing.
