Ingredients

  • 150 gflaxseed

    ground in a coffee grinder

  • 20 gpsyllium
  • salt

    to taste

  • coriander

    ground

  • 30 gpumpkin seeds
  • 30 gsunflower seeds
  • 30 gsesame seeds
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • raisins

    a few, optional

  • 175 mlboiling water
  • olive oil

    for shaping

Instructions

  1. Combine 150g ground flaxseed with 20g psyllium, salt, coriander, 30g pumpkin seeds, 30g sunflower seeds and 30g sesame seeds.

  2. Add 1 teaspoon baking powder and a few raisins if desired.

  3. Pour in 150-200ml boiling water and mix until the dough holds.

  4. Shape with oiled hands, transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle with coriander.

  5. Bake at 180°C for 25-; cool before slicing.
