Ingredients

- 100 goats
soaked in 200ml warm milk
- 200 mlmilk
- 30 gsun-dried tomatoes
chopped
- pinchsalt
- tspdried basil
- 1 tbspolive oil
- 20 gsunflower seeds
plus more for topping
- 20 gsesame seeds
- 100 goats
ground to a flour
- 10 gbaking powder
Instructions
Pour 200ml warm milk over 100g oats and soak until softened.
Stir in 30g chopped sun-dried tomatoes, salt, dried basil, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 20g sunflower seeds and 20g sesame seeds.
Grind another 100g oats to a flour, mix with 10g baking powder and fold into the soaked oats.
Transfer to a greased loaf tin, drizzle with a little olive oil, sprinkle with sunflower seeds and bake at 190°C for 40-. Cool before slicing.
