Ingredients

  • 260 goats

    2 cups

  • 4 tbspflaxseed
  • 2 tbspchia seeds
  • 60 gwalnuts
  • 60 gsunflower seeds
  • pinchsalt
  • 375 mlwater

    1.5 cups

  • 45 mlolive oil

    40-50ml

  • pinchdry garlic
  • pinchdried onion
  • mixed seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Stir together 260g oats, 4 tablespoons flaxseed, 2 tablespoons chia, 60g walnuts and 60g sunflower seeds with a pinch of salt.

  2. Add 1.5 cups water and 40-50ml olive oil and mix until fully hydrated.

  3. Stir in dry garlic and dried onion for flavour and let the dough rest .

  4. Grease ceramic ramekins or oven-safe jars and divide the dough between them.

  5. Sprinkle extra seeds on top and bake at 180°C for 30- until firm and aromatic.
