Oatmeal Nut Breakfast Sticks
Flour-free oatmeal sticks with hazelnuts, pumpkin and sunflower seeds bound by ground flaxseed. Oil-free dough hydrated with boiling water.

Ingredients
- 150 grolled oats
- 50 gflaxseed
ground
- salt
- 400 mlboiling water
- 60 ghazelnuts
- 50 gpumpkin seeds
- 70 gsunflower seeds
- 1 tspwhite sesame seeds
- 1 tspblack sesame seeds
- 40 gcoconut oil
- Italian herbs
Instructions
Mix oats with ground flaxseed and salt
Pour boiling water over and let cool
Pan-toast hazelnuts, pumpkin and sunflower seeds
Grind 2/3 of the nuts and seeds
Add all nuts, sesame seeds, coconut oil and Italian herbs to the dough
Shape into sticks and brush with water
Sprinkle with flaxseed
Bake at 180 C for 35-
