Ingredients

  • 200 grolled oats
  • salt

    a little

  • 10 gbaking powder
  • Italian herbs
  • dried garlic
  • black pepper
  • 2 pieceegg
  • 250 mlkefir
  • 30 mlolive oil
  • 70 ghazelnuts
  • 20 gpumpkin seeds
  • sesame seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Mix oats with salt, baking powder, Italian herbs, dried garlic and black pepper

  2. Add eggs, kefir and olive oil

  3. Fold in hazelnuts and pumpkin seeds

  4. Grease porcelain cups with oil

  5. Divide the dough between the cups and sprinkle with sesame seeds

  6. Bake at 190 C for 40-
