- 70 goat flour
- 40 galmonds
ground
- 10 gflaxseed
- 10 gbaking powder
- sun-dried tomatoes
- 70 grolled oats
- 1egg
- 180 gcottage cheese
- salt
to taste
- vegetable oil
for greasing
Instructions
Combine 70g oat flour, 40g ground almonds, 10g flaxseed, baking powder, salt and chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
Stir in 70g rolled oats, then add 1 egg and 180g cottage cheese.
Mix to a thick dough, transfer to a greased pan and brush with water.
Sprinkle with additional oatmeal and bake at 180°C for 35-. Cool before slicing.
