- 2½ gGarlic powder
- 5 gDried oregano
- 1½ gSalt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Blend cottage cheese and eggs until smooth. Stir in mozzarella, garlic powder, oregano, and salt.
Spread into a circle or rectangle on the parchment, about 1/4 inch thick.
Pre-bake crust for until golden and set.
Add your favorite toppings and bake for another 5- until cheese is melted.
