Ingredients

  • 50 gpumpkin seeds
  • 100 gsunflower seeds
  • 50 gsesame seeds
  • 30 galmonds
  • 30 gpeanuts
  • 60 gflaxseed
  • 20 gchia seeds
  • 20 gpsyllium husk
  • 400 gcanned beans in tomato sauce
  • 20 mlolive oil
  • oregano
  • salt

    to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, flax and chia seeds in a large bowl.

  2. Chop almonds and peanuts and stir in with 20g psyllium, oregano and salt.

  3. Blend a 400g can of beans in tomato sauce with 20ml olive oil and add to the seed mixture.

  4. Stir to a thick dough. Transfer to a greased pan, brush with oil and sprinkle with sesame.

  5. Bake at 180°C for 45- until the crust is crisp. Cool fully before slicing.
