- 50 gpumpkin seeds
- 100 gsunflower seeds
- 50 gsesame seeds
- 30 galmonds
- 30 gpeanuts
- 60 gflaxseed
- 20 gchia seeds
- 20 gpsyllium husk
- 400 gcanned beans in tomato sauce
- 20 mlolive oil
- oregano
- salt
to taste
- sesame seeds
for topping
Instructions
Combine pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, flax and chia seeds in a large bowl.
Chop almonds and peanuts and stir in with 20g psyllium, oregano and salt.
Blend a 400g can of beans in tomato sauce with 20ml olive oil and add to the seed mixture.
Stir to a thick dough. Transfer to a greased pan, brush with oil and sprinkle with sesame.
Bake at 180°C for 45- until the crust is crisp. Cool fully before slicing.
