Ingredients

- 15 gpsyllium husk
- 20 gchia seeds
- pinchsalt
- 300 mlwater
- 2 tbsplemon juice
or 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 150 galmond flour
- 100 gflaxseed flour
- 50 gcoconut flour
- 1 tspbaking soda
- 1 tspbaking powder
- 50 gground flaxseed
- 15 graisins

Instructions
Mix 15g psyllium husk, 20g chia seeds and a pinch of salt with 300ml water and 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Let rest until gelled.
Combine 150g almond flour, 100g flaxseed flour, 50g coconut flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon baking powder and 50g ground flaxseed.
Fold the flour blend into the psyllium mixture until a firm dough forms.
Optional: soak 15g raisins in 100ml water and fold in.
Shape into a loaf and bake at 180°C for , then cool fully before slicing.
