- 2 tbsppsyllium husk

Instructions
Grind the red lentils into flour and whisk with psyllium, salt, curry and baking powder.
Purée spinach and cauliflower with water and olive oil, then stir into the dry mix.
Rest the dough , scrape into an oiled loaf pan and sprinkle with sesame.
Bake at 180°C for 40- until a skewer comes out clean.
Sauté grated carrot, chopped cauliflower, garlic and pepper in olive oil, cool, then blend with parsley and cream cheese.
Slice the cooled bread and serve topped with the creamy vegetable spread.
