Ingredients

- 160 glentils
soaked several hours
- 3eggs
- 30 mlolive oil
- 100 galmond flour
- 5 gbaking powder
- salt
to taste
- 1 tspcoriander
- 30 gsesame seeds
Instructions
Soak 160g lentils for several hours, rinse and drain.
Blend the lentils with 3 eggs and 30ml olive oil until smooth.
Stir in 100g almond flour, 5g baking powder, salt, 1 teaspoon coriander and 30g sesame seeds.
Transfer to a greased loaf pan, sprinkle with remaining sesame and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40- until firm; cool before slicing.
