Ingredients

  • 75 galmond flour
  • 4 gbaking powder
  • 25 gcoconut flour
  • 15 gpsyllium husk
  • ½ ggarlic powder
  • salt

    to taste

  • olive oil
  • leeks

    chopped

  • 70 gspinach
  • 4 pieceeggs
  • 130 gcottage cheese
  • 75 gcheddar cheese

    grated

  • 25 gParmesan cheese

    grated

  • sesame seeds

    for topping

  • 120 gGreek yogurt

    for sauce

  • 35 gwalnuts

    for sauce

  • 1 clovegarlic

    for sauce

Instructions

  1. Saute leeks in olive oil, add spinach and wilt

  2. Mix almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, garlic powder and salt

  3. Add eggs, cottage cheese, cheddar and Parmesan

  4. Stir in sauteed leeks and spinach

  5. Let the dough rest for

  6. Grease baking sheet and shape buns

  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds

  8. Bake for 22- at 190 C (375 F) until golden

  9. For sauce: blend yogurt with walnuts, garlic, salt and pepper
