Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 100 gwalnuts
  • 50 ghazelnuts
  • 2 tbspflaxseed
  • 2 tbsppsyllium husk
  • 10 gbaking powder
  • dried basil
  • coriander
  • salt

  • 3 pieceegg
  • 250 mlkefir or liquid yogurt
  • olive oil
  • 1 tbspsesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Grind walnuts, hazelnuts, flaxseed and psyllium together

  2. Add baking powder, dried basil, coriander and salt

  3. Mix in eggs and kefir until a smooth dough forms

  4. Let the dough rest for

  5. Portion the dough into round moulds greased with olive oil

  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds

  7. Bake at 180 C for 40-
