Keto Walnut and Hazelnut Mug Bread
A quick keto mug bread made with walnuts, hazelnuts, flaxseed and psyllium. Gluten-free and flour-free, perfect as a toast base for avocado and tuna sandwiches.

Ingredients
- 100 gwalnuts
- 50 ghazelnuts
- 2 tbspflaxseed
- 2 tbsppsyllium husk
- 10 gbaking powder
- dried basil
- coriander
- salt
a little
- 3 pieceegg
- 250 mlkefir or liquid yogurt
- olive oil
- 1 tbspsesame seeds
Instructions
Grind walnuts, hazelnuts, flaxseed and psyllium together
Add baking powder, dried basil, coriander and salt
Mix in eggs and kefir until a smooth dough forms
Let the dough rest for
Portion the dough into round moulds greased with olive oil
Sprinkle with sesame seeds
Bake at 180 C for 40-

Great when I need bread fast. Making it daily now.
Texture is a little eggy but the convenience makes up for it. My husband prefers the baked version but for me this works.
