Ingredients

  • 120 gmozzarella cheese

    grated

  • 50 galmond flour
  • salt

    to taste

  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 30 gcream cheese
  • 1 pieceegg
  • 5 gbaking powder
  • 15 gbutter

    melted

  • 10 gParmesan cheese

    grated

  • 4 gfresh parsley

    chopped

  • 2 clovegarlic
  • 5 mlolive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine grated mozzarella with almond flour, salt, garlic powder and cream cheese

  2. Melt in the microwave for 1-

  3. Add egg and baking powder, stir well while warm

  4. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil

  5. Form the bread on the sheet

  6. Mix melted butter with salt, pepper, Parmesan, parsley, garlic and olive oil

  7. Spread the garlic mixture over the bread

  8. Bake for 15- at 170 C (340 F)
