Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 3eggs
  • salt
  • 200 gcottage cheese
  • 100 gsunflower seeds
  • 50 gflaxseed

    ground in a coffee grinder

  • 1 tbspvegetable oil
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1 tbspapple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Whisk 3 eggs with salt until foamy, then mix in 200g cottage cheese.

  2. Grind 50g flaxseed and add with 100g sunflower seeds to the egg mixture.

  3. Stir in 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, then add 1 teaspoon baking soda deglazed with 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.

  4. Line mugs with siliconised parchment, grease with oil and divide the dough between them.

  5. Bake at 180°C for 60- until the crust is crisp; cool before unmolding.
