- 150 gcoconut flour
- 60 galmond flour
- 30 gpsyllium husk
- 30 gchia seeds
- salt
a little
- dried onion
- tspground coriander
- 2 tspbaking powder
- 530 mlwater
- 2 tspapple cider vinegar
- black sesame seeds
for topping
Instructions
Combine 150g coconut flour, 60g almond flour, 30g psyllium, 30g chia, salt, dried onion, coriander and 2 teaspoons baking powder.
Pour in 530ml water and 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar and mix to a thick dough. Rest .
Grease a loaf tin with butter, transfer the dough and smooth the top; scatter black sesame seeds over.
Bake at 180°C for 50- until a skewer comes out clean and the crust is deeply golden.
Cool completely before slicing — the crumb sets firm, perfect for keto sandwiches.
