Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 80 gcashews
  • 70 gsunflower seeds
  • 2 tbspflaxseed
  • 2 tbsppsyllium husk
  • oregano
  • salt

    a little

  • dried tomatoes
  • coriander
  • 10 gbaking powder
  • 250 mlkefir or liquid yogurt
  • 3 pieceegg
  • vegetable oil
  • sesame seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Grind cashews and sunflower seeds

  2. Mix with flaxseed, psyllium, oregano, salt, dried tomatoes, coriander and baking powder

  3. Add kefir, eggs and vegetable oil, stir into a dough

  4. Divide the dough between oiled 350 ml glass jars

  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds

  6. Bake at 180 C for
