Keto Bread in a Jar
Keto bread baked in glass jars with cashews, sunflower seeds, flaxseed and psyllium. Flour-free, yeast-free, sugar-free with a rich crust, ideal for beetroot bruschetta.

Ingredients
- 80 gcashews
- 70 gsunflower seeds
- 2 tbspflaxseed
- 2 tbsppsyllium husk
- oregano
- salt
a little
- dried tomatoes
- coriander
- 10 gbaking powder
- 250 mlkefir or liquid yogurt
- 3 pieceegg
- vegetable oil
- sesame seeds
for topping
Instructions
Grind cashews and sunflower seeds
Mix with flaxseed, psyllium, oregano, salt, dried tomatoes, coriander and baking powder
Add kefir, eggs and vegetable oil, stir into a dough
Divide the dough between oiled 350 ml glass jars
Sprinkle with sesame seeds
Bake at 180 C for

Good rise and texture. Better than store bought.
