Ingredients

  • 100 galmonds
  • 50 ghazelnuts
  • 2 tbspflaxseed
  • 2 tbsppsyllium husk
  • 10 gbaking powder
  • salt

    a little

  • coriander
  • 3 pieceeggs
  • 250 gGreek yogurt

    liquid

  • sesame seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Grind almonds and hazelnuts

  2. Mix with flaxseed, psyllium, baking powder, salt and coriander

  3. Add eggs and Greek yogurt

  4. Let dough rest for

  5. Grease glasses with vegetable oil

  6. Fill with dough and sprinkle with sesame seeds

  7. Bake for 30- at 180 C
