Quick keto bread baked in a glass with walnuts, cashews, flaxseed and psyllium. Flour-free, gluten-free and full of healthy fats, ready in 5 minutes of prep.

Ingredients
- 80 gwalnuts
- 70 gcashews
- 2 tbspflaxseed
- 2 tbsppsyllium husk
- salt
a little
- oregano
- 10 gbaking powder
- dried tomatoes
- 3 pieceegg
- 250 mlkefir or liquid yogurt
- olive oil
- 1 tbspsesame seeds
Instructions
Grind walnuts and cashews
Mix with flaxseed, psyllium, salt, oregano, baking powder and dried tomatoes
Add eggs, kefir and olive oil, stir into a dough
Divide the dough between oiled glasses
Sprinkle with sesame seeds
Bake at 180 C for 40-
