- 1egg
- 16⅔ gParmesan
grated
- oregano
- black pepper
- vegetable oil
for greasing
- 5 gsoft cream cheese
for the sandwich
- 10 gcanned tuna
- 10 gtomato
- lettuce leaves
Instructions
Mash the avocado with 1 egg and 50g Parmesan; season with oregano and black pepper.
Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined tray greased with vegetable oil and shape into flatbread portions.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for until golden and firm to the touch.
Cool briefly, then top with cream cheese, canned tuna, tomato slices and lettuce leaves and serve.
